"Our Costa Rica Santa Elena beans are a particularly special offering, not only because of their flavor (smooth, crisp with a Jasmine-like sweet finish) but also because they come from a very special place owned by my friend Luzma Trujillo. Luzma’s coffee farm sits south of San Jose high up in the mountains of the Tarrazu. It is beautifully managed and the result is a bean that is a crowd-pleaser."
