Brazil Sitio da Torre
These beans hail from the Mantiqueira Region of Minas Gerais, the largest of Brazil’s
major growing regions, defined by its excellent coffee, and are grown in clay mineral soil along
the rolling, sprawling Mantiqueira hills and beneath the layers of dense fog. This variety is a
yellow bourbon, perfect for those who gravitate toward beans on the sweeter side. This coffee’s
flavor profile evinces the taste of stone fruit, caramel, baking spices, and walnut, making for a delicate and complex cup.
