We introduce to you, Ethiopia Mokamba. These beans are a blend from three different regions- Kambata (a region also known for their ginger), Sidamo and Wolyata. These arabica heirlooms are farmed at altitudes ranging from 1200-1500 MASL. Harvest occurs from October-December. The beans are naturally processed and sundried on raised beds, then carefully and concisely blended to create a balanced, harmonious profile with tasting notes of sweet berry, grape and chocolate. A little different than our typical blueberry packed Ethiopia. It’s been a really fun one to try.
