As a micro-roastery, we roast all of our coffee to order so we dont produce coffee that will sit around and get old. With this method, and because we custom roast, we do end up with random bits of different coffee that we dont offer in our current blends. We have been trying to figure out different ways to use our excess beans, and have decided to pass it on to you!
 
We would like to introduce you to Pollard's Black Sheep. When you purchase this coffee, not only are you saving money, but you are still getting high quality, freshly roasted beans. The only difference is that its an exciting mystery of what is in your blend. One day it could be Ethiopia and Sumatra, and another day it could be Farm Back Forty and Java.
